You can discover idyllic coves such as "Cala Sa Nau" or "Cala Llombards" or get to know "Es Trenc" with its Caribbean blue water. In the nearby town of Santanyí, approximately 4 km away, you have the opportunity to stroll through the typical Mallorcan streets and explore the numerous tasteful boutiques or visit the weekly market. Here, your wishes will be fulfilled, and you will undoubtedly find a beautiful souvenir for your loved ones back home. You will also find larger supermarkets, pharmacies, and ATMs.

This idyllic holiday home can accommodate up to 5 people and is equipped with comfortable amenities. The Beach House offers three cozy bedrooms. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. In the third bedroom, you will find a cozy single bed. Each of these rooms is lovingly furnished and ideal for families or friends who wish to share the house. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower where you can revitalize yourself after a day at the beach or exploring the surroundings. For an outdoor experience, there is also an outdoor shower available.

The spacious living and dining area impresses with its open layout and offers plenty of space to spend quality time together. A fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals. The couch and dining table create an inviting atmosphere for shared meals and relaxed evenings. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the bay and the sea. Here, you can enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table or simply take in the spectacular views. The rooftop terrace with sun loungers invites you to sunbathe and relax, providing another place to admire the beautiful surroundings.

What is available in the villa?
The villa is equipped with bed linen, towels, and beach towels for all guests. The kitchen is provided without food items such as spices or oil, but essentials like detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1–2 garbage bags are supplied. If these items run out, guests will need to replenish them. In the bathrooms, you’ll find hand soap and 1–2 rolls of toilet paper to get you started. The entire house is air-conditioned, and this feature is included in the rental price. Should you require groceries upon a late-night arrival, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit of 300 €. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
