The separate, fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove and oven, allowing you to indulge in culinary delights. Whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or whipping up a delicious dinner, you'll find everything you need.

The holiday house features two cozy bedrooms, both with access to the terrace. The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, perfect for children or friends sharing the room. The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower and provides all the amenities you may need during your stay.

Undoubtedly, the terrace is a highlight of the Sa Tronita Beach House. Furnished with a dining table and chairs, you can enjoy outdoor meals while taking in the splendid view of Cala Santanyi Bay. On the spacious terrace of the Sa Tronita Beach House, you will also find comfortable loungers, inviting you to relax under the warm Mallorcan sun and savour the enchanting view of Cala Santanyi Bay.

For a refreshing cooldown, an outdoor shower is available, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day at the beach or an island excursion.
Parking spaces are available on the street directly by the house, allowing for convenient arrival and departure. You need not worry about parking, as you can comfortably and securely park your vehicle in close proximity to the Sa Tronita Beach House.

What is available in the villa?
The villa is equipped with bed linen, towels, and beach towels for all guests. The kitchen is provided without food items such as spices or oil, but essentials like detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1–2 garbage bags are supplied. If these items run out, guests will need to replenish them. In the bathrooms, you’ll find hand soap and 1–2 rolls of toilet paper to get you started. The entire house is air-conditioned, and this feature is included in the rental price. Should you require groceries upon a late-night arrival, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit of 300 €. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
