Pleasant holiday villa with private pool and impressive sea views located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed over two independent floors. It has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.

INTERNAL: This villa is made up of two independent floors which are connected by external stairs. The GROUND FLOOR consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower en suite. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a large covered terrace with views of the sea and the pool with access to the living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT. A fully equipped independent kitchen with a mixed cooker (gas and electric) and dishwasher. Three large bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and one with a double bed with a bathroom with shower en suite. Finally there is a bathroom with a bathtub.

EXTERNAL: Large closed plot with an 8x4 pool with metal stairs and spectacular views of the sea. A built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking for 2-3 vehicles on the same plot.

LOCATION: This villa is located just 2 km from the center of Calpe, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The sandy beach is accessible in 2.5 km.

REMARKS: Wifi included. Pets up to 12kg are allowed with a supplement.
