On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a spacious living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, a fully equipped open kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher, as well as two bedrooms with two single beds each and another bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with shower completes the comforts of this floor. The UPPER FLOOR has another cozy living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, a separate kitchen with gas stove, a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed. A second bathroom with a bathtub completes the interior layout.

Enjoy the outdoors in the beautiful garden plot that houses a private 8x4 meter pool with metal stairs and a convenient outdoor shower.
