You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to awaken the chef inside you, from the modern ceramic hob to the fridge, toaster and coffee maker.

Climbing up to the top floor, a world of comfort and rest awaits you. A bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort on warm summer nights. And to complete, an elegant bathroom with bathtub to enjoy moments of relaxation.

But the magic does not end inside the house. Upon exiting, you will find a dazzling community pool, open during the high season, and a second smaller pool available all year round for the more adventurous. In addition, the house has a private parking space, adding convenience to your stay.

Just 2.5 km away you will find the nearest supermarket, and 3 km away awaits a beautiful sandy beach.
