It has five bedrooms (but one of them is accessed from another bedroom) and three bathrooms spread over two floors, providing the perfect space for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a generous living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, with access to the covered and fully glazed terrace with an impressive private pool area. The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is a spacious pantry and a room with a washing machine, which adds additional comfort to your stay. Two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share a bathroom with a shower.

The UPPER FLOOR will surprise you with a master bedroom that offers panoramic views of the sea and the imposing Rock of Ifach. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. IMPORTANT: From the master bedroom, you access another bedroom with two single beds. The last bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

ABROAD:

The exterior of the villa will captivate you with its large, completely flat and fenced plot. Enjoy the covered terrace with views of the sea and the 8x4 meter rectangular pool, equipped with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. Salt pool, ideal for the skin, eyes, allergies... Surrounded by artificial grass, the pool area is very comfortable for sunbathing and relaxing. Additionally, the villa has a gas barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. Parking for up to 3 vehicles on the same plot provides additional convenience.
