Well maintained holiday home with private pool, above the settlement of La Cometa II on a completely fenced plot. The tourist town of Calpe offers an extensive sandy beach, but also rocky coastlines. Former salt pans characterize the landscape inland. In Calpe you will find beautiful beaches and bays, lots of relaxation, culture and culinary specialties. The year-round pleasant climate and an average of 3180 hours of sunshine per year allow for a fantastic holiday even in the off-season. The popular tourist resort is best known for its landmark, the 332 m high limestone rock Peñón de Ifach, as well as the salt lake at its feet, which was used for local salt production as early as Roman times and was still in operation until 1998. The city is known for its salt lakes, which were created in the Middle Ages to preserve fish.
