Description

Finca Can Llop, our vacation home or chalet is located in the hinterland of the large sandy beach Es Trenc. Vacation and deceleration await you on a real Majorcan finca. In the middle of the land of the windmills near Santanyi. Rural, secluded, extremely quiet location and yet close to the city. Asphalted approach and unique panoramic view. With only 3 kilometers away you are in Campos in no time ... here you will find all supermarkets for your shopping. On Saturdays there is a large weekly market there. Or visit the popular Saturday market in Santanyi with the many craft and art stalls Mallorcan style. Our house is fully equipped, modern and high quality. The large eat-in kitchen is well equipped for cooking and leaves nothing to be desired. Coffee machine (nespresso), American refrigerator and microwave are of course part of the equipment. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 shower bathrooms. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with ceiling fans. All bedrooms have fly screens. There are air conditioners in the 3 bedrooms par terre and in the kitchen-living room. There are several shady terrace places and a lounge where you can retreat. The equipment includes WiFi with 300M/bit fiber - ultra fast suitable for home office. SAT-TV with Google stick and stereo system with Bluetooth. The house is sustainably 100% solar powered and the air conditioning is cloud based via smarthome depending on indoor, outdoor temperatures, weather and electricity production. On site there is personal support from our house supervisor who is available for all questions and concerns. Check out our reviews on the web - the comments and stars are compelling. The large pool can be secured by a childproof fence (GS and TÜV tested) on request, which does not allow children free access. The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with palm trees, olives, lavender, herbs and citrus plants. In the garden there is also a boules / petanque facility. Fantastic sunsets and tranquility for relaxation guaranteed. Spacious outdoor lounge by the pool to chill. Hammock. WiFi throughout the property. There are 2 city bikes (7 speed) available for free use. In the middle of the countryside, surrounded by flocks of sheep and fields of grain. Far away from any hustle and bustle. The nearest neighbors are 300m away. About 3km to Campos, where there are all shopping facilities. Only 10 min. to the famous beach Es Trenc. In the middle of the countryside a paradise for cyclists.
