This villa is ideal for a group holidays.

Located in the south of Mallorca, between the towns of Campos and Santanyí, close to the best beaches on the island, Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita and Sa Colònia.

The property has two floors and a tower, is decorated in a rustic and sunny style, and offers living space of 257 m², enough for 7 people.
The house has a cozy living room with fireplace, satellite TV, Wifi ... A large dining room leads to the kitchen, which is semi-open, has a beautiful arch and is fully equipped.
It has 5 bedrooms (3 with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms, 1 of them en suite. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, two more on the first floor.
Another bedroom is in the tower, connected by a spiral staircase .
It has central heating.

In the outside area you can swim and enjoy in the 6x12 m pool and relax on the comfortable sun beds.
A covered area surrounds part of the house so that you can enjoy the outside: a large dining table with a capacity of 16 people, a grill and the terraces with sunbeds .

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
