In this idyllic setting, everyone can find peace and tranquility, and the finca's premises offer a pool, a volleyball court, and a trampoline for fun and entertainment for all guests.

The natural beach of Es Trenc, known for its 8km-long sandy beach, closely resembles the turquoise-clear beaches of the Caribbean. Here, you can take long walks along the shore, soak up the sun to refresh your healthy tan, and build sandcastles to your heart's content. Don't miss out on the beautiful coves along the southeast coast. From Porto Colom to Colònia de St. Jordí, you'll find stunning bathing spots. Choose your favorites and bring along snorkeling gear to admire the underwater world. Treat yourself because your vacation should be a wonderful experience filled with cherished memories.

The nearest shopping opportunity is in the nearby town of Campos, approximately 2km away. In Campos, there is a flea and vegetable market held twice a week in the town center. It's definitely worth a visit as the fresh fruits and vegetables from the region and local farmers are incredibly flavorful.

The spacious finca is divided into the original farmhouse and a tasteful extension that spans two floors. Through the entrance door, you enter the new building on the left, featuring two bedrooms and a bathroom, a cozy living room with access to the covered terrace, and a door leading to the patio at the back. There is a suitable seating area for every season, where you can sit together and enjoy wonderful moments during your vacation.

Through the hallway, you reach the original and beautifully restored farmhouse, which includes a kitchen, a dining room, another bedroom, and bathroom. The numerous windows provide ample light in the rooms and create a very pleasant living atmosphere. Through the inner courtyard, you access the first floor with three additional bedrooms, a small living room, a bathroom, and a balcony with breathtaking views of the natural surroundings.

A small path leads from the house to the pool area. There, you will find sun loungers, a sunbed, chairs, and a small pool bar. What more could you ask for on vacation than listening to the sound of the pool and feeling the warm sun on your skin? It's pure relaxation! The pool in this finca is designed in a dark green color to mimic nature, not light blue. For leisure activities and fun, there is a volleyball court and a trampoline in the garden.

What is in the villa? Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen is equipped with a basic set of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and 1-2 garbage bags are also provided. If any item is no longer available, it is understood that it will be replenished for self-catering purposes. The bathrooms have hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for your arrival. If you require anything additional for the basic amenities, please feel free to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency to cover risks up to 5.000€ on the object. According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
