Refresh yourself with the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, and gather on one of the three porches for a delicious barbecue by the pool. Inside, the house boasts spacious rooms and practical furnishings. The cozy living room, equipped with satellite TV and a fireplace, invites relaxation, while the open dining area flows seamlessly into a well-equipped gas kitchen with all necessary amenities. Located just 3 km from Campos village, you’ll find all essential services, including restaurants, bars, and a traditional market on Thursdays. The stunning Es Trenc beach, Cala Mondragó, and Colonia de Sant Jordi are a quick 10-minute drive away, and don’t miss a trip to Cabrera National Park or the famous Cuevas del Drach caves. The accommodation includes four comfortable bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and fan. One bedroom features a double bed with an en suite bathroom, while the other three have two single beds each. A second bathroom with a bathtub serves the rest of the house. Families will appreciate the available cot and high chair, and a laundry area includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Please note: well water is not potable. Pets are welcome, but events are not allowed. There is exterior parking for 4 cars. Tourist license: VT/2083. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash upon arrival.
