This two-story house includes a bright living room for unwinding, reading, or watching satellite TV. The dining area has a table and chairs, while the independent kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and all necessary cooking utensils. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There is one bathroom with a shower on the ground floor, along with five fans and three radiators. On the upper floor, you will find three bedrooms with two single beds and wardrobes; one has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms are air-conditioned, and a cot and high chair are available. Another bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor. Located on the outskirts of Campos, the house is just 0.5 km from the village, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and a weekly market. Popular beaches like Es Trenc and Cala Mondragó are a 20-minute drive away, and Palma is just 30 minutes away. Note that guests under 25 years are not accepted unless they are part of a family. Copies of guests' passports are required for booking. Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited. There is exterior parking for three cars. Distances include the beach at 14.2 km, Airport at 31.9 km, and the town at 0.5 km. Tourist license: ETV/5661. A mandatory tourist tax, Ecotasa, is payable by all guests over 16, ranging from 0.55EURO /night to 2.2EURO /night, reduced by half after the ninth day of stay.
