This cozy, modern house offers a perfect retreat near the beach in the north of Mallorca. The small front porch with two garden chairs is ideal for enjoying quiet, romantic moments. At the back, a spacious terrace with a large parasol is perfect for outdoor dining or a barbecue. The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby. The interior is bright and airy, with soft-colored furniture and large windows letting in plenty of natural light. The living-dining room is a great space to relax, watch satellite TV, or enjoy meals together. The open kitchen is well-equipped for preparing simple meals, with a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer. There is a bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, each with a closet. Choose between two twin bedrooms and one with a double bed. One of the twin bedrooms has an en-suite shower bathroom. Another shower bathroom is also located upstairs. The house has ducted air-conditioning (cold air only). Cots and high chairs are available on request. The town of Can Picafort offers a fine sandy beach, lively atmosphere, and plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The local street market is held every Friday, where you can find fresh local produce, clothing, and more. Tourist license: ETV/5823 Pets and events are not allowed.
