Description

The Masia Alt de Can Trabal is a traditional Catalan stone house located in the Alt Penedés region, a few kilometres from Barcelona and the beaches of Sitges. The original 19th century building can accommodate up to 10 guests and has a large rustic living-dining room with original ceilings of 50 m2, ideal for family celebrations, groups of friends of or meetings of all kinds. It is located in the upper part of the Can Trabal settlement in the municipality of Olèrdola, in the heart of the Alt Penedés, just 7 minutes from the wine capital Vilafranca del Penedés, 15 minutes from the famous resort of Sitges and half an hour from Barcelona-El Prat airport. The former farmhouse has been furnished in a rustic style that makes it truly unique. It has a main living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a lounge on the second floor where you can carry out countless activities. On the same floor are the bedrooms, consisting of four double bedrooms and a children's room with bunk beds, all furnished with charm and style. The house invites you to enjoy a peaceful holiday in every season of the year. Worth mentioning are also the small swimming pool and the barbecue area where you can meet with your family or friends after an intense day at the beach or during leisure activities.  Its ideal position between the coast and the vineyards makes it the ideal place to spend a holiday, a weekend or a family celebration, to visit the nearby villages and discover the wine tradition of the area. The owner of this holiday home does no allow groups of young adults below 30 years. Only families and people above 30 years. It is strictly forbidden to organize parties and celebrations in this holiday home.
