This cozy apartment offers a simple terrace perfect for enjoying a relaxing breakfast with views over the peaceful streets of Canyamel. Just 250 meters away, you’ll find the beach for a refreshing swim or a day of sunbathing. Located on the first floor (no lift), the apartment features an open living-dining room with a kitchen equipped with an electric cooktop. The space is comfortable, with air conditioning (cold air only) to keep you cool after enjoying a home-cooked meal. The kitchen is basic, and there’s no washing machine or iron available. The apartment has two bedrooms with twin beds, both with wardrobes and air conditioning. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request. For an additional guest, a sofa bed is available. The bathroom includes a bath. Canyamel, part of Capdepera, is a peaceful area with a beautiful beach, local restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The area also offers attractions like the Caves of Artà and the Tower of Canyamel, and the Golf Canyamel course is about 7 km away. Please note: the Ecotasa (tourist tax) is to be paid on-site.
