This luxury villa surrounded by nature has a private pool and a shared pool. The views are breathtaking and it is ideal for families, friends and teleworking. Children and pets can play in the large fully fenced grounds; there is also a football goal for playing ball. Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as fans in the bedrooms. Enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the surroundings. Cártama is a lively village with terraces, shops, sports facilities and children's playgrounds. The beaches of the Costa del Sol, such as Malagueta and Huelin, are about 30 km away. The house is easily accessible via an asphalted road at 550 m above sea level, you can enjoy views of the mountains, fruit and olive trees, the sea and the city of Malaga. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a furnished living room with a comfortable sofa, bedrooms with high-quality mattresses (extra pillow available on request), a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a private garden with a terrace and a parking space for the car. Note: Visitors are allowed during the day but must leave before 00:00 hours, overnight stays are not allowed.
