Description

This spacious holiday home in the sun-kissed south of Tenerife has 70 sqm of living space on two floors. The house is situated in a quiet residential area, mainly inhabited by local people and residents. The holiday home is furnished to high standard, so you will not lack anything. You have easy access to both private sun terraces from the ground floor. You can enjoy a cosy breakfast in the sunshine on the first floor. You can sunbathe on the terrace behind the house until late afternoon. A large sunshade on the front terrace and an awning on the rear terrace as protection from the sun will, of course, be available to you. Naturally, you can also share use of the large communal pool as well as the baby pool, which is only around 50 metres from the house. On the ground floor you will find the bright, spacious living room with its dining area plus the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The two light-filled bedrooms are upstairs (with shutters and blinds, of course) as is the well-equipped bathroom. Both bedrooms have spacious fitted cupboards. The larger room has air-conditioning, while the smaller room has a ceiling fan and, in addition, a safe. In Chayofa, you will find what you want for a holiday in the South: Over 300 days of sunshine a year, about 350 rain-free days and a mild tolerable climate, which lives up to Tenerife’s name as the Island of Eternal Spring. The nearest restaurant is about 500 m away, while the nearest shopping possibilities are about 1 km away.
