Description

The exceptional situation on the small cliff above the beach gives the house stunning views. The good climate, the nature that surrounds it and the comfort of a house on one floor guarantee a pleasant stay. Life is oriented towards the sea. Next to the kitchen door there is an outside dining room with a barbecue next to it. Under the junipers there is a seating area to fight the intense sun and rest. On the part of the entrance to the house, some ponds provide freshness and a certain Andalusian style. The access to the beach is done by a ladder of wooden sleepers, saving the height of the cliff. The house is fully equipped as it has been the home of the family for 26 years. It is designed to live comfortably and facing the outside, so that the porch, the kitchen and the living room are those that look out to sea. The rooms were dedicated to rest and study. The design integrates very broadly the living room with the kitchen and the latter with the porch, so as to maintain communication in everyday life. It has a single plant. There is heating by means of gas boiler and radiators in all rooms. The house is located within an urbanization established in the middle of pine forests and next to the sea. Nature pervades the urbanization that it´s characterized by the large number of pine trees that cover it. The surroundings offer the option to walk or ride the bike or on horseback with a joyful sensation of loneliness.
