Ses Alzines apartment is a beautiful holiday apartment with sea views, located in an ideal setting almost on the first line of the Costa de los Pinos. It consists of two bedrooms, can accommodate four people and has a large terrace where you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. It is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, a full bathroom and a very bright open living room; Also several small balconies that give a sense of spaciousness. (Tourist registration number: ETVPL/13402).

The accommodation of around 80 m² is tastefully furnished and very bright, with views of the sea and the mountains. It also has a great 80m2 terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and beautiful sea views.

In winter you can enjoy a fireplace to warm up, and in summer air conditioning (in the living room) and two ceiling fans (in the bedrooms) to cool the bedroom environment.

The property is connected to WiFi and has three televisions, one in the living room and two in each bedroom. The apartment also has a baby monitoring camera for those who wish to use it.

Description of the environment

Ses Alzines is an hour's drive from the airport, and if you choose the car rental option you will find a private outdoor parking space to park your car. If you choose public transport, it would be a journey of about 2 hours, with two different buses. However, once there you have all the facilities to enjoy a wonderful holiday without having to travel. In fact, you will find a supermarket just 200m away.

If you are looking for tranquility and peace, this is the right place, surrounded by nature, pines and with sea views, it is the ideal place for those who want to get away from the crowded tourist areas. The place is also ideal for families, and to enjoy the variety of beaches and coves that are around. 100 meters away is a sandy beach and 500m away another rocky one. Also at the gastronomic level you can taste all the variety of restaurants in the area either on foot or by car.

For golf lovers, only 100 m separate the property from the Son Servera Golf Course.

They also have other attractions such as the Rafael Nadal Academy and its museum if you wish to visit it. Located about 25km from the property.
