Description

This wonderful family-friendly finca is located not far from the Mallorcan village of Costitx in the north of the island. The property, in a quiet rural location, has a private swimming pool from which you have a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. The finca houses a total of 6 bedrooms (4 of them with air conditioning, 4 x double beds & 2 x single beds) spread over two floors and a total of 4 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite) and therefore offers enough space for up to 12 guests. A wonderful place is the covered terrace in front of the house, equipped with a fixed BBQ grill, a long dining table and a huge, chilled out sofa with a view of the garden and pool area. The spacious living room has a traditional brick fireplace with a seating area and is equipped with a flat screen with satellite TV and WiFi internet and a dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an open breakfast bar. A small path through the garden leads to the beautiful landscaped pool area. The 42 m2 rounded saltwater swimming pool (depth of 0.60 m x 1.80 m) is surrounded by a paved stone terrace which is equipped with sun loungers and is also fenced in for child safety. The location of the finca is simply ideal because from here it is only a five-minute drive to the town of Costitx or to the nearest supermarkets in Inca and also to the motorway connection. The capital Palma can be reached from the finca in about 30 minutes by car. The popular sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Puerto Alcudia and the Serra de Tramuntana can be reached in about 15 minutes. There is enough parking space on the finca
