This charming terraced house features a 7x3 meter saltwater pool (0.9m to 1.55m deep), surrounded by a garden with six sun loungers for relaxing afternoons. A furnished porch is perfect for BBQs with friends, and there's even a chicken coop where you can collect fresh eggs. The owner feeds the animals daily, so you won’t need to worry about a thing. Inside, a cosy sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite TV is ideal for family meals. The Majorca-style kitchen, equipped with a gas hob and everything needed for cooking, leads to a laundry area with a washer, iron, and ironing board. On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with twin beds, A/C, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms with twin beds and A/C share a second shower bathroom. A cot and high chair are available on request. Located near Costitx in the heart of Mallorca, this rural retreat is close to Sineu, known for its traditional Wednesday market. The village offers a grocery store, cafés, and cellers (local restaurants). Golf lovers can enjoy nearby Son Gual and Puntiró courses. Both the north and south coasts, with beaches like Son Serra de Marina, Playa de Muro, and Can Pastilla, are about a 30-minute drive away. Pets up to 7kg are welcome. There is exterior parking for 3 cars. Events are not permitted. Tourist License: ETV/5700 Ecotasa (tourist tax) applies, payable in cash at check-in, ranging from 0.55EURO to 2.2EURO per night per guest, depending on the season. Exemptions apply for children under 16.
