The shared pool is only 20 meters away from the house. It's a chlorine pool which sizes 12 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.6 meters. Around the pool you will enjoy the summer weather on one of the sunbeds, sunbathe or read a book under the parasol. You will find well cared gardens around which lead to the house terrace. It counts with a dining table for 4 people under the arbour where you will be able to have lunch or dinner outdoors, or enjoy an delicious barbecue, while we watch the amazing gardens around. At the other side of the house you will find another gardened area where you can have breakfast or have a drink at sunset. The finca is fenced, the house has direct neighbours and privacy is partial. The 110 m2 house has two floor or traditional architectural style but with all modern comforts. When you get in you will find the living room where you can watch TV Sat and it also counts with a wood stove for the coldest days. It has access to the terraces of the house. Then you will find the kitchen, with a gas hob and the basic equipment to cook during your vacation.
