This great urban finca is located in the north just 9 km from Pollenca in the small town of Crestatx. Crestatx is a quiet residential area that belongs to the town of Sa Pobla. The property of the finca is very quiet and surrounded by lots of greenery. The beautifully landscaped garden with private 8 m x 4 m swimming pool (step entry - depth 1 m x 1.60 m) is completely fenced and offers plenty of space and green space. On the terrace around the pool you can relax on the sun loungers and enjoy your well-deserved vacation time. The covered terrace is invitingly furnished with a sofa corner and a dining table and there is a mobile grill. So while you enjoy your freshly grilled food, you can also have a good view of the pool area The next village of Sa Pobla with supermarkets (Lidl, Hyper Centro, Mercadona), shops, doctors, bars, restaurants, etc. can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The next largest city is Pollenca in the north and Inca to the south, where you can find other supermarkets such as Müller, Aldi, Mercadona, etc. The road transport connections are super easy from here. You can easily get to the MA-13 ??motorway via a section of expressway, from which you can quickly and easily reach all the tourist destinations worth seeing.
