Outside this magnificent apartment you will find an extensive garden and a shared pool with a depth range between 1m and 1.7m that will be ideal for cooling off on the hottest days. On the terrace of the apartment, they have a dining area that will be the perfect place to extend the evenings eating or having a drink with your companions. Being located in an urbanization, they have direct neighbors, so privacy is partial. Inside the one-story house, you will find a spacious dining room with Smart TV and AC that leads to the kitchen, with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime, they have two bedrooms, the first has a double bed and AC, while the second has a trundle bed with capacity for two people.
