This lovely villa is a tranquil retreat, surrounded by a spacious green lawn, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a good book. Unwind by the 8 x 4-meter chlorine pool, which has depths from 1.20 to 2 meters and includes an outdoor shower. The covered porch features vertical awning windows and a fantastic built-in barbecue, ideal for family gatherings while kids enjoy the playground. A shaded terrace at the front is a serene spot for sipping tea or coffee. This single-storey home boasts gas oil central heating and multiple entrances. Inside, a dining room with large windows showcases beautiful views of the garden, pool, and mountains. The dining area flows into a cozy sitting room with comfortable sofas for relaxing or watching TV. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, and dining table. The villa offers three bedrooms, each with a closet: one has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite shower bathroom, while the others include a double bed and two twin beds, each with a fan. A second bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub serves the rest of the house. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided, and a cot and high chair can be arranged upon request.
