Located on the ground floor of a two-storey building, on a pedestrian street and with sea views, the apartment boasts a great porch surrounded by beautiful Mallorcan stone where you can enjoy a great breakfast or a delicious meal alfresco feeling the sea breeze after a long day at the rocky beach only a few steps away. When coming back, you have an exterior shower in case you want to wash off the salt before entering the house. Inside, you find a great living room with AC where you can relax on the sofa watching the Smart-TV or listening to a CD; a spacious dining kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave and much more; an independent laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board; a bathroom with a shower; and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, closet and space for a baby cot and a high chair and the other with a single bed and a dresser for the clothes. Es Barcarés is a quiet summer location belonging to Alcudia, where despite of the little services, it still is a privileged area thanks to the rocky and sandy beach of Morer Vermell nearby and the only restaurant of this urbanisation next to. Other paradisaical sandy coves like Sant Joan and Mal Pas also are very near. Regarding the services, Alcudia offers all kind of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and amazing places like its medieval wall or the traditional flea market that takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays. You can enjoy an excursion to sa Talaia de Alcudia, a not very high peak where you can admire a spectacular view of the bay. Tourist license: ETVPL/12809
