This lovely house features a well-maintained terrace, perfect for enjoying memorable moments. The covered space is ideal for a delicious breakfast or cooking on the BBQ, while the artificial lawn area invites relaxation with 2 sun loungers or reading beneath the awning. Inside, the airy living-dining room offers a comfortable space for meals and relaxation, with a TV-sat and a pellet stove for cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop and all the essentials for cooking, and the laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with a double bed and closet, as well as a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms share a spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom with a bathtub. Es Portitxol is a peaceful yet lively coastal area near Palma de Mallorca, offering a quiet beach just 300 meters away, a charming marina, and numerous bars and restaurants. The area provides all the necessary services for a comfortable stay. Note: Guests must be 25 or older unless traveling as a family. Passport copies are required for booking.
