House located 5 km from Campos, a village in the south of the island with good connections to beautiful beaches: Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita ... and the city, Palma.
The house is tastefully furnished and offers enough space for 6 people in 250 m² living space.
It has 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with 2 single beds). On the ground floor is the large, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. The entrance to the house is a living room, with a sofa, TV... and a bedroom. A bathroom with bathtub is also on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with fans and TV.
In the outside area, the garden, the big swimming pool of 10x5 m and the comfortable sun beds. There is a covered terrace with a large dining table and capacity for 6 people.
From here you will have views of the swimming pool and the garden. Outdoor barbecue to enjoy the good weather.
