The second-floor terrace offers a wonderful space for al fresco dining with beautiful views of the town and mountains. It's perfect for enjoying a tasty BBQ while soaking in the scenery. This terrace leads into a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV and a convenient toilet. Descending to the first floor, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, along with a cozy sitting-dining area. The ground floor features a shower bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, washer, iron, and ironing board. Baby essentials like a cot and high chair can be provided upon request, and the home is equipped with two fans and electric radiators for your comfort. Nestled in the picturesque town of Fornalutx, surrounded by the stunning Tramuntana Mountains—designated a UNESCO World Heritage site—this location is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Numerous trails and cycling routes begin here, including the Tossals Verds trail, which winds through Mediterranean woods and historic sites. For those seeking rocky beaches, Cala Deià and Puerto de Valldemossa offer crystal-clear waters, while sandy options like Puerto de Sóller and Cala Tuent are also within reach.
