The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and all necessary tools, and the bathroom includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the lower floor, you'll find three bedrooms, all with closets, fans, and radiators. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third offers twin beds. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower on the main floor and another with a tub below. Located just 4 km from Fornalutx and 500 meters from the stunning lookout at "Ses Barques," this property allows you to experience the essence of the Tramuntana mountain range.
