The cozy living-dining area features two sofas, ideal for relaxing while watching satellite TV, listening to music, or reading. In winter, the wood stove adds warmth and charm. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and all necessary tools, and the bathroom includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the lower floor, you'll find three bedrooms, all with closets, fans, and radiators. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third offers twin beds. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower on the main floor and another with a tub below. Located just 4 km from Fornalutx and 500 meters from the stunning lookout at "Ses Barques," this property allows you to experience the essence of the Tramuntana mountain range. Fornalutx has basic grocery shops, with larger markets available in nearby Sóller, just a 15-minute drive away. Please note: Pets and events are not permitted. Tourist license: ETV/1337. A mandatory tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies, varying by season.
