In the second building, you'll find a hall, a shower bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs—one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Both rooms feature a fan and wardrobe. A cot and high chair are available upon request. Located near the Mirador de ses Barques, the property offers breathtaking views. The village of Fornalutx is just a short drive away, offering local shops and Mallorcan cuisine. The sandy beach at Puerto de Sóller is 10 km away, ideal for relaxation and water activities.
