Inside, the air-conditioned living-dining room is perfect for unwinding, complete with satellite TV and a wood-burning stove. The traditional Mallorcan decor and original floor tiles add to its charm. The fully equipped gas kitchen includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The ground floor offers a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms with two single beds each—one with an en-suite bathtub—and a fifth double bedroom with another shower bathroom. All bedrooms have AC, fans, and wardrobes. Situated in Génova, just outside Palma de Mallorca, the area offers family restaurants and local amenities. Palma's vibrant nightlife and landmarks, including La Seu cathedral, are a 15-minute drive away. Cala Major beach is 3.5 kilometers away, with nearby coves and amusement parks. Note: Guests under 27 are not accepted unless in a family. Passport copies are required. Pets and events are not allowed. Tourist license: ETV/6027. A mandatory tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies, varying from 0.55EURO /night in low season to 2.2EURO /night in high season, reducing by half from the ninth day. All guests must pay the tax, except those under 16. A deposit is required upon arrival.
