This villa in the Ibiza Town region is perfect to experience the Balearic Islands in Spain. The villa accommodates 8 people and is ideal for a family with children or a group. It features a swimming pool and a terrace to relax. The sea is 4 km away and the nearest beaches are Ses Salines, Platja d'en Bossa, Talamanca, and Es Cavallet. You can discover Ibiza after a 5-minute drive. The supermarket is at 1 km, while the town center with restaurants and nightlife is 3 km away. The villa is situated in a large estate and has a swimming pool, furnished garden, and veranda. Enjoy the awesome view while cooking from the outdoor kitchen or preparing the barbecue. The living room comes with a warm fireplace for cozy evenings. The villa allows 3 pets. No parties, meetings and outsiders are allowed here. Make sure to clean kitchen, dustbins, bathrooms, rooms, ashtrays and barbecue before checkout to avoid cleaning charges. You can check-in between 2 – 11 PM and check-out between 9 – 10 AM
