Villa Fairmont is only 5 kilometers from the beautiful sandy Arenal beach with a beautiful boulevard and nice terraces, lounge areas and restaurants. Through an entrance gate you enter the spacious parking lot of the site. The main entrance of the villa can be reached from here. From the swimming pool you have a magnificent view of the Montgó mountain, a piece of pure nature of 753 meters high. The glow at sunrise and sunset is breathtaking. In the garden there is also a covered patio and a petanque court with all the necessary equipment. Villa Fairmont is only 5 kilometers from the beautiful sandy Arenal beach with a beautiful boulevard and nice terraces, lounge areas and restaurants. The La Sella Golf Resort & Spa is only 6 kilometers away from the villa. Nearby there are some gastronomic restaurants, much loved by the locals. On the first floor is the living/dining room and on the right the separate large kitchen. Additional storage space can be found in the pantry. The living room is modern and attractively furnished with a comfortable sitting area, television with international channels and a Netflix connection. On the other side is the dining area with an extendable table. Through the sliding doors you enter the covered terrace (naya) with a beautiful lounge area and a small dining area. Once outside you can enjoy a unique view from the terrace. There is space for 5 vehicles on the property. Welcome to Villa Fairmont! The house is suitable for 8 to 11 persons. When entering the gate, there is room for 5 vehicles. The garden is beautiful! When bought in 2016, several renovation works were carried out. In 2019 the garden was completely tidied up. The repainting of the outside walls is planned for March 2020, so that guests can enjoy a well maintained and tidy house. For families with small children there are two cots and two highchairs available, as well as some durable toys. The bookcase is filled with leisure books and comics for young and old. You are expected!
