This beautiful newly built apartment is for rent in the old town of L'Escala, has views of the sea and the promenade and has a capacity for 6 people. It is just a few meters from the restaurants and tapas bars, local shops and cultural entertainment of the village. On foot we can also enjoy walks to the beaches of Empúries or to the beach of Riells.
The accommodation is distributed on one floor, has a dining room overlooking the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. In the living room there is a sofa-bed with TV. It also has air conditioning and heating.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, where lots of light enters from the open sky. It has two toilets with shower. Bed linen is provided with duvet covers and blankets and towels are provided.
There is a communal swimming pool on the roof of the building for all residents. There is also a parking space inside the building.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
