Beautiful penthouse decorated in a modern style, located in the old town of L'Escala. It is close to local shops, bars and restaurants, and a three-minute walk from Playa de las Barcas.
The apartment has a double room (150cm) and a bathroom with shower, from the room there is direct access to a terrace.
The living-dining room, where there is a equipped open kitchen, It has a double sofa bed (135 cm).
There is also access to an outdoor terrace with fantastic views of the sea and with an awning, it has a table to eat and a barbecue to cook.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
