The exteriors of the house are very beautiful, highlighting a 9 x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.9m which is accompanied by 10 sun loungers, 1 fully equipped terrace with table and chairs, and a great barbecue. If what you want is to have a drink with views of the town and the mountains, there is another furnished terrace on the first floor. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours The 2-story home features a modern style punctuated with wonderful traditional details here and there. The living-dining room is very cozy and offers a sofa, Smart TV, and air conditioning. The house has another living room equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a TV (without TV-Sat). The kitchen, with ceramic hob and separated from the living room by a large window, is fully equipped. In the inner courtyard area you will find the laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. To rest, the house has 5 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 4 with twin beds, all of them equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower, except one that has a bathtub, and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor, and the rest are on the first floor. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. Finally, a cot and high chair are available in case you are travelling with your baby. The center of Llubí is 150 meters away, and is one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca, also offering the basic services for an independent stay.
