This villa with private pool, situated in a quiet rural area, is situated 3km away from Llucmajor city center as well as from the nearest supermarket.
This cozy accomodation of 75m²/ 800 meter square, with views to the mountain and to the garden, can host 4 people with its two bedrooms. If you decide to come by car, there is a private parking available for you. Tourist license number: ETV8400.

All the basic commodities are available:
Internet access (Wi-Fi), satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English, German), 1 TV, heat pump heating, air conditioning, 1 anti-mosquito electrical device, hairdryer.
The separate gas kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
For the garden: garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, private pool.

Come and visit Mallorca from Llucmajor town, a medium-size city 35 minutes away from Palma and 21 minutes from the airport by car.
In Llucmajor town, which main economy used to come from shoe-making in the last century, you'll find all the amenities you need, and there is a weekly market on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays where to find fresh local products and crafts.
Llucmajor municipality offers several leisure and cultural activities among which stands out site of "Capocorb vell", the oldest archeologic site and the beaches that are only a few minutes drive away. But you'll find many activities such walking, cycling (the region is fairly flat) or playing golf.
Enjoy mallorcan cuisine in one of the numerous restaurants offering a wide variety of meals from tapas and mediterranean cuisine to german and italian styles of cuisine.

Rules:

-It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, if you do not comply with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-Guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.
-A responsible use of air conditioning and heating must be made, turning them off when they are not inside the villa

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by anyone in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any Return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.

- Visitors must pay a deposit at the time of arrival of 250 Euros (in cash), it will be returned upon departure.

- Tourist Tax: €2,2/adult/night to be paid on arrival in cash.
