This property is located in a quiet residential area, with neighbours on both sides. Parties or celebrations of any kind are forbidden, as well as noise that could cause a nuisance. Musical devices such as loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house does not have air conditioning, although we will provide the guests with the necessary fans.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
