This quiet country home is located in the small town of Los Valles in northern, rural Lanzarote. The nearest town - Teguise - is about 5 km from the property. The 300 m² house sits on a 3000 m² property with a garden, established in 2006. The kitchen gives access to a small, covered patio, which is perfect for enjoying your breakfast al fresco, reading or relaxing. The patio is accessible from the living room on the top floor. It boasts panoramic views over the surrounding nature and part of the town of Los Valles. The property is enclosed with a stone wall and has a well maintained garden. One of the highlights of the garden is a garden house built of stone, where you can find a barbecue area and a wood stove. On the top floor, you will gain access to the second living room, which is also furnished with a sofa and has high end wood flooring. Additionally, the fourth bedroom, which is also furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed (1.50 x 1.90), as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet, are to be found on the top floor. The vicinity is ideal for sports' enthusiasts: hiking, mountain biking or walking. It is about 21 km to the airport and 8 km to a larger town. The nearest restaurant and shops can be found about 5 km from the house in Teguise, the island's capitol. It is 6 km to a golf court and 9 km to the ocean and the nearest beach.
