Located in one of the best urbanizations in Malaga, Villa Yedra Guadalmar offers you a comfortable, luxurious vacation, and of course, close to the beach. Its excellent location will allow you to be on the beach, at the airport or in the center of Malaga in less than 10 minutes.

With a fully fenced plot with high walls, your privacy will be assured. The exteriors of the villa with high quality hammocks and heated pool with jacuzzi will make you feel like a king. A barbecue space will allow you to prepare delicious barbecues without having to dirty the kitchen and thus enjoy the outdoors.

If you wish and do not want to be in the hammock, you can relax reading a book or having tea on the outdoor terrace, overlooking the pool. You will always have the little ones in the house under surveillance, whether they are lying in the hammock or outside.

The main entrance of the house has a large hall that will take you to the right to a luxurious living room with connection and view of the pool. The lounge with free WIFI will provide you with some family time that you will not forget. You can also enjoy a very pleasant evening thanks to the TV at your disposal.

The modern, spacious and bright kitchen has everything you need to make it easy to prepare any lunch and, if you are missing something, you have a shopping gallery just a five-minute walk away and the Plaza Mayor center with a Mercadona supermarket just ten minutes away. minutes by car.

There are five rooms, all furnished with taste and quality, where sleeping will be a pleasure. The taste with which they are decorated will not leave you indifferent and we also have to add that they are all very bright and cozy. Two rooms stand out for their size and luxury. One of them located in the attic, with white walls and skylights that will give you a unique light when you wake up. It also has a desk where you can read, study or ask questions about work. On the second floor is the main room that has its own television and a small living room. To this we add a large bathroom where you can enjoy relaxing baths.

There are surveillance personnel in the urbanization, who ensure coexistence and will not hesitate to call the police in case of possible behavior that alters coexistence, with its possible financial sanctions by the security forces.

Please note that to stay at this property it is necessary to retain or pay a deposit before handing over the keys.
The deposit will be unlocked or returned after your stay.

For the coldest days the house is equipped with a gas boiler. Air conditioning throughout the house except in the downstairs room.
