Furthermore, it is significant to note that the artist Jaime Fernandez Pimentel, author of El Cenachero, El Biznaguero and El Burrito Platero del Parque, iconic sculptures for the people of Malaga, lived in this building.

If you want to get around the province of Malaga, it is very easy, you are just 10 minutes walk from the María Zambrano AVE station and the Malaga Provincial Bus Station. In addition, the urban bus service in the capital is just 50 meters from the accommodation.

We inform you that the accommodation does not have a parking service, but it has several parking lots in the area, they are paid, so we advise you to inform yourself in advance of the cost per day. Parking Camas is the closest and most modern in the area.

The accommodation will surprise you, it has a common patio on the ground floor, combined with design elements that make modern and traditional mix pleasantly. You will see that the design is dominant in the recent renovation that was done to the building. A transparent elevator will also take you to the roof, where you will enjoy unique views of the Center of Malaga. An added value to this accommodation is that it also has a swimming pool, a luxury in the heart of the city.

Upon entering you will see how bright, cozy and complete it is. First of all, you will have a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette that will solve any needs you may have at lunch time. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kitchen and household items, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob.

The living room is combined with a comfortable sofa bed where you can watch television. This space is very cozy since it is attached under the platform of the double bed. It makes TV nights very enjoyable. Imagine it after a day seeing all the cultural offerings of Malaga.

The double bed, as we have mentioned, is prepared on a platform and is accessed through elegant aluminum steps. We inform you that this part of the accommodation is not suitable for elderly people or people with mobility disabilities.

Don't worry about the temperature of the accommodation. A powerful air conditioning will keep the room at an optimal temperature. Always use electrical appliances responsibly.
