Spacious apartment in Malaga capital

This spacious apartment is located in the same neighborhood as a metro station and close to a train station, buses and good communications. If you travel by car, this apartment is ideal for getting to know Malaga capital and its province. You can get around by car, bus, metro, commuter train or rent a bicycle or scooter.

This accommodation has received the distinctive "Commitment to Tourism Quality" in the destination of Malaga within the SICTED project.

Overlooking the Plaza de la Cruz de Humilladero, where you will find a large number of businesses, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, fruit shops, etc., this apartment is very bright and spacious, where you can travel with up to seven people.

You can access the apartment by elevator or stairs, first having a general view of the living room and kitchen (it is located to the left of the entrance).

The living room has furniture, air conditioning, television (it is not Smart TV) and comfortable sofas. The dining table is located next to the windows where you can have lunch with views of the neighborhood square.

It has a kitchen equipped with everything you need so you can store food, clean comfortably and prepare your lunches, breakfasts or dinners without any problem. In the event that you need a product for your cooking, you will have local shops at your disposal (during business hours).

The bedrooms are very well distributed and spaced apart from each other, for a better rest. The first one we find is spacious and bright. It has a double bed, space to store your luggage and a window to the outside. Opposite this bedroom we find the bathroom with a shower located in the hallway that distributes the bedrooms.

Following this hallway to the left we will find a cozy bedroom with a window to the outside, a large closet and a double bed. Leaving this bedroom, facing the door or if we go down the hallway to the right, you can enjoy a spacious bedroom, with television, large exterior windows, double bed and en-suite bathroom.
