The farm is close to Manacor, a few minutes' drive from the coast and close to many beautiful beaches. The Pula Golf Course is approximately 22 km away. The house has a large living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, satellite TV and WiFi. There are 2 double rooms with single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. The plot is fenced and there are no neighbors next to it, so you enjoy total privacy. Finally, 2 cots and 2 high seats are available upon request. The house has central heating for the winter. There is outdoor parking for 4 cars. As long as the main house stands on the same farm, is not occupied by other guests, the pool is private. If the home is rented, the pool will be shared.
