The accommodation Son Cifre, is an impressive villa of recent construction. It's 460 m², all on the same level are full of style and elegance. Relax and enjoy the sun of Mallorca in your Balinese bed or next to the beautiful pool (if you want it heated, it will cost €25/day), with views of the mountains and the beautiful garden.

Its spacious terraces, patios and living rooms make it the ideal villa for families and groups of friends. The villa combines the typical Mallorcan rural character of its exteriors, and a very modern and luxurious interior, where the details and comfort have been taken care of to the maximum. It consists of 4 bathrooms and a toilet and its 4 beds are queen size.

Although located in a quiet environment, Finca Son Cifre, is only 11 km. from the city of Manacor, where there are countless shops and a market with typical products of the area. Golf lovers have a course just 11 km away. Some of the best beaches on the island, such as Son Serra, are only 15-20 minutes away by car.

Without a doubt, this property is the ideal option for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca.

Rules:

- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.

-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.

-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa

-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.

-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.

Reservation Conditions:

- Visitors must pay a deposit before arrival, of 1000.00 Euros, which will be returned after departure.

- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid upon arrival in cash.

- Please note that check-in has an extra cost from 9:00 p.m. onwards, €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival.

"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.
