Description

Ca'n Peroti is a country house that has its origins over 200 years ago. It is situated on almost 2 km from Manacor, the second largest town on the island. The villa can accommodate 8 people and is situated on a plot of 1,500 m2 and 250 m2 of living area spread over 2 levels. In the ground floor is the living-dining room with dining table for 8 persons, living room with sofas, fireplace and ASTRA satellite television, wifi internet, and a sitting area with rocking chairs. The dining kitchen has a large refrigerator, ceramic hub, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and the usual small appliances. One of the 4 bedrooms is also on the ground floor, as well as one of the two bathrooms. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, and again a bathroom. Outside there is close to the pool of 8x4m a toilet.
