The saltwater pool (9m x 5m, 1.2m to 1.7m deep) is the highlight of this stunning home, surrounded by a spacious terrace with nine sunbeds and an outdoor shower, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Enjoy al fresco dining and barbecues on the multiple terraces, while kids play in the garden and adults can enjoy a game of petanque. The property is fully private with no direct neighbors. On the ground floor, the bright living-dining room offers a comfortable space to relax, with satellite TV for entertainment. The kitchen, with a second dining area, is fully equipped with a gas and vitro-ceramic stove, ideal for preparing meals. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A double bedroom, two bathrooms with showers, and a guest toilet complete the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (all with double beds) and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room, plus an additional shower room. A small gym is also upstairs. The home is equipped with up to two cots and high chairs on request, and five fans.
