This well-maintained villa features a stunning 10m x 4m chlorine pool (0.5m to 2m deep) with child protection, surrounded by a large lawn area, and includes an outdoor shower. There's also a tennis court and a chill-out space for relaxing with a refreshing drink. The barbecue area, next to the pool, is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying them in the shaded porch. The two-storey house offers a spacious living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, open to the dining area and a fully equipped gas kitchen. On the ground floor, there’s a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, both with wardrobes, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower. Fans and radiators are available for comfort throughout the year. For families with babies, two cots and high chairs are provided. A separate laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available. Situated in a rural area near Manacor, the villa is just 2 km from Golf Reserva Rotana and close to shops and excellent Mallorcan restaurants. Nearby beaches include Porto Cristo, Cala Magrana, and Cala Romántica. The famous Caves of Drach are also worth a visit. Pets up to 5 kg are welcome.
