The 45m² studio offers a cozy living area with satellite TV, a basic kitchen with a gas stove, a dining table, a double bed, closet, and a bathroom with a bathtub. A cot, high chair, and an extra bed for a child (80cm x 180cm) can be arranged upon request. Located in the northeast of the island, the estate is 15 km from Son Serra de Marina Natural Beach. A car is required to explore nearby beaches like Colonia de Sant Pere, Playa de Muro, and Can Picafort, or to visit the towns of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Petra, and Manacor for local culture and cuisine.
