After a refreshing swim, relax on one of the sun loungers or cool off with an outdoor shower. The large porch overlooking the pool is perfect for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the view. The spacious grass area offers plenty of room for outdoor play, and with the property being fully fenced, your privacy is guaranteed. This traditional, single-storey house exudes comfort and charm. The cozy living room, with a fireplace and satellite TV, provides a perfect place to unwind. Adjacent to it, the dining area accommodates up to 6 guests. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for holiday cooking, including a ceramic hob. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The sleeping area features three bedrooms, each with two single beds and a wardrobe. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Additional amenities include a baby cot, high chair, and oil central heating. Located in the countryside but just 4.8 km from Manacor, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and services, this house offers the best of both worlds. The nearest beach is Porto Cristo (10.8 km), a beautiful family-friendly spot with crystal-clear waters. Other nearby attractions include Cala Petita, Cala Anguila, and the Caves of Drach. For golf enthusiasts, the Vall d'Or course is nearby. Tourist license: ETV/6439 Pets and events are not allowed. There is exterior parking for 3 cars. Heating works from 7 pm to 7 am, with a fee. The tourist tax must be paid on-site, varying from 0.55EURO /night per guest in low season to 2.2EURO /night in high season. The tax is reduced by half after the 9th day of stay. A deposit is required upon arrival.
